Site Director at Y-ASPIRE at Putney Central School: Passionate about helping young people learn, grow and thrive socially, emotionally, academically and physically? Y-ASPIRE (YMCA After-School Program for Inspiration, Recreation and Education) will give you the opportunity to act on that passion in the "out-of-school" hours (afterschool and full days on vacations, holidays, in-service days, etc.). The Site Director develops and leads the Y-ASPIRE curriculum, builds and manages the caring and respectful Y-ASPIRE community, and interacts with all parents on a daily basis. Position Description. Activity Leaders for Y Day Camp (seasonal full-time from 6/19-8/18): An amazing opportunity for young adults (18+) looking to go into education, youth work, recreation, social sciences, psychology or other youth development fields. Activity leaders plan and lead the curriculum in one of our main activities: the arts, adventure games, canoeing, sports and games, environmental education, archery, and swim lessons. Group Leaders for Y Day Camp (seasonal full-time from 6/19-8/18): An amazing opportunity for young adults (16+) who love young people and the beautiful outdoors. Group leaders build a set of up to 13 campers into a respectful, cohesive unit and supports the Activity Leader at each of our main activities.
