Administrative Coordinator (Bellows Falls office): We are looking for someone to serve as the backbone of our amazing organization. The Administrative Coordinator's main functions are: communicating with our program parents and staff; processing enrollment forms, financial assistance, invoicing, and payables; data management for programs; and support for the Executive Director. Key attributes for success in this position include RELIABILITY; commitment to the Y's four core values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility in all relationships; RELIABILITY; strong communication skills (written and verbal); RELIABILITY; and a commitment to quality outputs and ongoing learning. We use Salesforce (CRM), QuickBooks (financial management) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with these is a plus but we can train a person who brings the other attributes above but not experience in one or more of these platforms. This is an in-person role based at our regional headquarters in Bellows Falls, VT. Non-exempt. $20-24/hr. Excellent benefits. Retention bonus.
Y-ASPIRE Substitutes: An ideal position for para-educators or people working part-time jobs that end before 2:30. We need a pool of 2-4 substitutes for our Y-ASPIRE programs in Brattleboro and Dummerston. Hours are 2:45-5:00. Paid training. Retention bonus.
